Order handling

Once payment has been authorized, allow 1–2 business days for us to get an order ready. The carrier's transit period starts only after dispatch.

Travel time

Shipping after dispatch is generally estimated at 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed delivery appointment. Holiday schedules, severe weather, carrier activity, remote routes, and incorrect addresses can affect arrival. Checkout identifies available services and their charges.

Following a parcel

Check your address carefully before checkout and retain your order confirmation. Where a tracking number is supplied, the carrier may not show its first scan immediately.

Help with an exception

If a Bloom Nutrition parcel is damaged, delayed beyond its estimate, or shown as delivered but missing, contact eqogexekew486@gmail.com. Include the order number, email used at checkout, and tracking information when available.
