Methods and currency

This US storefront lists prices in USD. Checkout—not a footer icon—determines which methods are available for a particular order and displays taxes and shipping charges before submission.

When payment is checked

We start preparing an order only after successful authorization. Verification, a decline, or a temporary hold may be imposed by a provider or card issuer. Check billing details and consult the issuer about its own decision.

Keep card data secure

The secure payment flow and its providers handle card information. A customer-support message should never contain a complete card number, security code, or login credential.

Refund processing

When a refund is approved under our Refund Policy, we process and initiate it to the original method within 10 days. Account posting may occur later. Questions about a charge can be directed via Contact Us.
